Before and After Pictures Do Not Show What a Capsule Did
Before and after pictures cannot show what a capsule did, because lighting, timing, diet and chance all change a photo. For Flow Nerves, no study tested the finished capsule. A dated log of your own symptoms, shared with a clinician, is the fair way to look.

Photos01
Can before and after pictures show what Flow Nerves does?
No. A picture shows one moment, and many things change between two moments.
Sleep, salt, weather, footwear, a new walking routine and plain good and bad days all move how hands and feet feel. A photo also cannot show tingling, numbness or a night of poor sleep. When an ad pairs two pictures with a product, you are being asked to supply the cause yourself. The FTC says health claims and endorsements must be backed by real evidence and must not mislead 1.
We print no customer photos, scores or stories for Flow Nerves, because none have been verified. Our reviews page explains what we checked.
The log02
What should you record instead?
Write down a few plain facts every day, at the same hour, in the same words.
Set a start date
Write the day you begin and the day your last bottle arrived. Note any medicine you take and keep taking it as directed.
Rate three things from 0 to 10
Tingling, numbness and night-time waking. Use the same scale each evening, even on a good day.
Add one line of context
Hours slept, a long walk, a new shoe, a big meal, a missed capsule. Context is what makes a log useful.
Review every two weeks
Look at the average, not the best or worst day. Share the page with your pharmacist or doctor.
Compare03
What does a photo show, and what does a log show?
| Question | A before and after photo | A daily log |
|---|---|---|
| Shows tingling or numbness? | No | Yes, as your own score |
| Shows other causes? | No | Partly, through the context line |
| Can be staged? | Easily | Only by you |
| Helps a clinician? | Rarely | Yes, a pattern over weeks |
| Proves the capsule caused a change? | No | No, but it keeps you honest |
Even a perfect log cannot prove cause. It only tells you whether anything changed and when.
Limits04
What do the label and the sources leave out?
They leave out amounts, and they leave out any test of the finished capsule.
The bottle prints six names in one proprietary blend: magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher's broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract and coenzyme Q10. No milligrams are printed, and the order of the names is not their weight. FDA has a labeling rule for blends that list the names without a total for each part 2. Studies on single ingredients use set amounts, so they cannot be matched to this capsule. We found no trial of Flow Nerves itself.
If your log looks better after a month, that is worth noting. It still does not show the capsule did it, and it is no reason to change anything you take for a medical condition.

When should the log go to a clinician?
Show it to a pharmacist or doctor early, and at once if symptoms spread or get worse.
Numbness that is sudden, one-sided, or comes with weakness, trouble speaking or a drooping face is an emergency. Call 911. Tingling can also come from low vitamin B12, diabetes or pinched nerves, and a log helps a clinician sort those out. Keep taking prescribed medicine as directed. Report side effects to a clinician and to MedWatch 3.

FAQ07
Flow Nerves questions people ask
Are there real Flow Nerves before and after photos?
We have verified none, and we print none. Photos in ads cannot show tingling or its cause.
How long should I keep a symptom log?
At least four to eight weeks, with the same questions each evening, so a clinician can see a pattern.
Can a log prove that Flow Nerves worked?
No. It shows whether something changed and when. Other causes can move the same numbers.
What should a good starting score look like?
There is no right number. Write your own honest score before the first capsule and compare only with yourself.
