Privacy Policy: What Flow-nerves.net Collects and How It Is Used
Flow-nerves.net is an information site with no accounts and no checkout. It collects only what you send by email and basic technical data, and payment details are handled on the brand's sales page, not on this site.

Scope01
What does this policy cover?
This policy covers the information website at flow-nerves.net, and nothing on the sales page or the order desk.
The site has no accounts, no sign-in and no checkout. It does not ask for your card details, and it does not take payment. When you press an order button, you leave this site and go to the brand's sales page, which has its own privacy terms. Read those before you give personal details there.
Collected02
What information do we collect?
| Type | Collected? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Name and email you send us | Only if you write to the website inbox | To answer you |
| Technical data such as browser type and pages viewed | Usual server records | To keep the site working and secure |
| Payment card details | No | Handled on the sales page, not here |
| Health information | Not requested | Please do not email medical details |
| Account data | No accounts exist | None needed |
If you email us, we keep the message long enough to answer and to correct any page it concerns. Please leave out medical details, card numbers and passwords.
Use03
How is information used?
To answer your message, keep the site running and fix errors.
We do not use health details to profile readers. The site stores small preferences in your browser, such as a remembered tab or the choices you make in the interactive tools, and these stay on your device. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time. Some tools on the site, such as the signal check and the cost-per-day slider, run in your browser and do not send your answers to us.
Order links04
What happens when you click an order link?
You leave this site, and the sales page may record that you came from here.
The site earns money when you buy through its order links, as the affiliate disclosure in the footer says. The seller may use a tracking link to know the visit began here. Once you are on the sales page, its own policy applies. Cookies and similar tools there are outside our control.
Choices05
What choices do you have?
- Ask what we hold about you, by writing to the website inbox.
- Ask us to correct or delete a message you sent.
- Clear stored preferences in your browser.
- Use your browser's controls to limit cookies.
Write to [email protected] with your request. We answer Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. Laws differ by state and country, and we will follow the ones that apply to you.
Tools06
What do the interactive tools do with your answers?
They run in your browser, and your answers stay on your device.
The signal check, the take-with-a-meal tool, the ingredient relay and the cost-per-day slider are small scripts that run on the page. Choosing a chip or moving a slider does not send anything to us. The signal check gives a general idea of who to talk to and what to bring. It is not a medical assessment, and it does not store your choices on any server. If your browser blocks local storage, the tools still work, they simply forget your choices when you leave.
Please do not type health details into any form field on a site you do not trust, and do not email them to us.
Security07
How is information kept safe?
By collecting very little, and by keeping what we receive only as long as we need it.
Messages sent to the website inbox are held in an ordinary business email account and are read only by the people who answer them. We do not run accounts or databases of readers. No method of sending information over the internet is perfectly secure, so we ask you to leave out anything sensitive. If we learn of a problem that affects information you sent us, we will tell you in the way the law requires.
| Item | How long |
|---|---|
| Emails to the website inbox | Until your request is answered and any page is corrected, then archived or deleted |
| Server records | For a short period needed for security and fixing errors |
| Browser preferences | On your device until you clear them |
Third parties08
Who else may receive information?
The brand's sales page and its order desk, only when you choose to go there.
When you leave this site for the sales page, the seller and its payment provider handle your name, address, email and payment details under their own policies. We do not receive those details and cannot see your order. We also link to public health sources, such as NIH, CDC and FDA, whose sites have their own privacy practices. We do not share your messages with advertisers. If we ever use a service that handles reader data on our behalf, such as a hosting provider, we ask it to protect the data and use it only for that service.
Your rights09
What rights do readers have by region?
Some states and countries give extra rights over personal data, and we will follow the ones that apply to you.
These can include asking what is held, asking for a copy, asking for deletion and asking us to stop using your information. Because we collect so little, most requests are quick, and none costs you anything: we find your message, answer it and delete it if you ask. Write to the website inbox, name the request and tell us the email address you used, so we can match it. We aim to answer within a reasonable time and will tell you if a request needs longer. We may need to confirm it is you before we act, and we will not ask for anything more than that.
Cookies10
What about cookies and similar tools?
The site keeps its own use of them small, and it does not use them to follow you around the web.
Small files or browser storage remember simple choices such as a tab you opened. If you use your browser's settings to block them, every page still works. Cookies set by the sales page or by public health sites we link to are under their control, not ours.
Children11
What about children and updates?
The site is for adults, and we update this policy when practice changes.
It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their details. When we change the policy, the updated date at the top of the page changes. For product questions, see the FAQ; for the rules of use, see the terms; for the health notice, see the disclaimer.
