Seven Questions That Compare Any Two Nerve Capsules
To compare Flow Nerves with any nerve capsule, check seven things: printed amounts, tested product, interaction cautions, cost per day, seller, return terms and claim wording. Flow Nerves prints six names in one blend with no milligrams, and no study tested the capsule.

Method01
Why compare by checks and not by names?
Because two bottles can share ingredient names and still differ in everything that matters.
Many nerve products list the same handful of words, such as magnesium, alpha lipoic acid or turmeric. The list alone tells you little. FDA says it does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold 1, so the job of comparing falls to the buyer. We name no rival here, and every check below works on any capsule, including this one.
The seven02
What are the seven points?
Ask the same seven questions of both bottles, then compare the answers side by side.
| Check | What to ask | Flow Nerves |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Amounts | Are milligrams printed for each name? | No; one proprietary blend, six names |
| 2. Evidence | Was the finished capsule tested? | No study found |
| 3. Cautions | Does the seller list who should ask first? | Yes, on this site |
| 4. Cost per day | What is the total divided by days? | $2.63, $2.30 or $1.63 |
| 5. Seller | Who sells it and who makes it? | Sales page; maker not named |
| 6. Returns | What are the terms and who pays? | 60 days from purchase; buyer pays return shipping |
| 7. Claims | Does it promise a medical result? | No; it says nerve support |
Amounts03
Why do amounts and evidence come first?
Because a name without an amount cannot be checked against a study.
Research on single ingredients uses set amounts, for example in reviews of alpha lipoic acid 2 and of magnesium and diabetic neuropathy 3. A blend that prints no milligrams cannot be matched to those amounts. FDA has labeling rules for proprietary blends 4, and the Flow Nerves bottle prints no amount for any of the six names.
Missing amounts are a gap, not proof of harm. They mean the label cannot answer your question, so the order desk and your pharmacist must.
Price and terms04
How do price, seller and returns compare?
Work out the same three numbers for both bottles.
- Cost per day: the pack total divided by the days of capsules. Flow Nerves is $79 a bottle for 2, $69 for 3 and $49 for 6, which is $2.63, $2.30 and $1.63 a day.
- Seller: a named seller with a phone number and an order ID system beats an anonymous listing.
- Returns: note the days, the start date, who pays shipping and how to claim it.
- Maker: ask who makes it. The brief does not name one for Flow Nerves.

What about claims and cautions?
Treat words like repair and reverse as a stop sign, whichever bottle they sit on.
The FTC expects health claims to be backed by good evidence 5. A capsule that says it does a medical job is making a drug claim. Flow Nerves says nerve support and carries a star note. Also compare the cautions: alpha lipoic acid can lower blood sugar, magnesium and L-carnitine matter in kidney disease, and turmeric matters in liver disease. Keep taking prescribed medicine as directed, and ask a pharmacist before you add either bottle.

FAQ07
Flow Nerves questions people ask
Which nerve capsule is better than Flow Nerves?
We cannot say. No study tested this capsule, and no head-to-head trial of nerve capsules is in our sources.
Why do you not name a rival in this comparison?
A fair comparison is a method, not a ranking. The seven checks work on any bottle.
Does a longer ingredient list mean a stronger capsule?
No. A long list may carry tiny amounts. Check whether milligrams are printed for each name.
Is the lowest cost per day the best choice?
Not by itself. A lower cost means little if the amounts, seller and returns are unclear.
